We will identify a site with adequate structures to support the residential, administrative and business needs of the complex.

The project will be physically structured as follows:

• The finished campus is anticipated to require up to a two to three acre site zoned for mixed use allowing for housing and commercial use.
  
  
• Business facilities will be built either on the property within walking distance from the housing area, or, upon a separate site within walking distance.
  
  
• The site will include areas designated for administrative functions, recreation, educational facilities, and social services.
  
  
• Individual living units for single men and women and for family units will contain rooms for sleeping, closet space, and "living room" space.
  
  
• The washing and bathing facilities will be provided for group use similar to what might be found in a health club or dormitory environment.
  
  
• Dining facilities will be provided and operated in a cafeteria style format.
