The Flagg Street House is a 20 bed housing program in the City of Hayward.
It provides shelter for men for up to 90 days, gives three times the
amount of case work, and its residents are experiencing some of the
highest success rates in Alameda County.
It is a work-oriented program which focuses on getting its
residents employed and housed. Flagg Street House provides:

resume writing
basic computer training
substance abuse education
housing search workshops
clothing
grooming supplies
laundry facilities
and healthcare assistance.
Flagg Street House seeks to
provide a sanitary and safe community environment where each indivivdual
is treated with dignity and is fostered in attaining the goal of
self-sufficiency. Throughout each resident's stay at Flagg Street House
